Delivery Policy
Delivery times & tracking
All orders are despatched from the United Kingdom
All orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day if they are received before 1pm, anything received after 1pm will be processed the next day. All orders are tracked and you will receive a link to your email or phone which will provide you updates on your order and when it is due to arrive. Orders that are placed from Friday 2pm through the weekend will be processed on Monday. Delivery times are provided by the courier and sometimes can take longer than provided & may sometimes turn up earlier than expected. Please note in very busy periods orders may be despatched the next working day.
Returns, Exchanges & Terms & Conditions:
We offer a 30 day happiness guarantee on our creams. If you are not happy with your product please contact customer services and we will gladly assist you with advice or in returning or exchanging your product. Please follow the return instructions below.
From time to time we do special offers and upsells. These are not to be taken advantage of we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we feel up sells and special offers have been taken advantage of.
Please note the happiness guarantee only covers the Amour Skincare Home Made Range Creams and they must always be returned. Customers will only be able to try and return our products once under the 30 day Happiness Guarantee. Once returned your refund will be processed. The products must be returned using a tracked delivery service and your reference number must be placed within the package. Products such as the Dead Sea Salt scrub, Fruit Scrubs, 24k Gold Scrub, Collagen Green Tea scrub, Serums and Cleansers are not covered by the Happiness Guarantee.

Customs clearance & duty
Delivery times do not take into customs clearance. Please be aware we have no control over customs and we can not speed the process up if your parcel does not pass through as seamless as ourselves and our customers wish. Please note that items shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duty, taxies and/or charges which are not included in the cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by ourselves. Please consult with your local customs office to find out what these charges my be prior to ordering.
